Reservation Policy:
A minimum deposit of 50% is required within 5 days of the event. 
All birthday parties  and special events must be paid no later than the day before the party.

Refund Policy:
Refunds on deposits for cancelled events are available with a notice of FIVE (5) DAYS before the event date. There is a non-refundable deposit of $20.00.
